Mesh Training Ltd. was created by Rob and Priten, two product designers who joined the Gravity Sketch Student Ambassador program during their time at Nottingham Trent University.

Following positive feedback from students, tutors and Gravity Sketch themselves, they’ve worked together to pursue the opportunity to train students and faculty at other colleges, universities and businesses within the creative sector.

Our Courses

Beginners - 3 hours 30 mins

Get your team up to scratch with all the basic tools to allow for rapid sketching and model iterations.

  • An action packed, 3hr30 training session for Gravity Sketch novices led by our Gravity Sketch certified trainers, Rob and Priten. This training session will equip you with a strong foundation of the fundamental Gravity Sketch tools, ensuring you leave feeling confident to begin to develop your own ideas with a sense of autonomy. Ideal for those that have never used VR or Gravity Sketch before but are interested in a hands on, risk free experience to try out the software.

  • Date and times: Thursday 16th May 10am-1:30pm, 2pm-5.30pm.

    Friday 31st May 10am-1:30pm

    Location: Dryden Enterprise Centre, Nottingham, NG1 4FQ.

    Price: £150

    You will be provided with a VR headset and access to the Gravity Sketch software at no additional charge.

Intermediate - 6 hours

Expand on the basic tools and explore the use of a collaborative design environment.

  • We’re taking things up a notch with our intermediate training session, ideal for those who want to explore the more complex tools of Gravity Sketch and learn how to integrate it into their workflow. This course is tailored for those already with a basic understanding of Gravity Sketch that want to advance their skills.

  • Date: Thursday 30th May 2024

    Location: Dryden Enterprise Centre, Nottingham, NG1 4FQ.

    Time: 10am - 5pm

    Price: £525 (Use ‘EDU20’ for 20% off at checkout - Students and Educators Only)

    You will be provided with a VR headset and access to the Gravity Sketch software at no additional charge.

Advanced - 10 hours (split across two days)

Dive deeper into SubDivision and surface modelling in Gravity Sketch, building upon previous skills for more complexity.

  • Want to learn all the tools, tips and tricks Gravity Sketch has to offer? Then our advanced Gravity Sketch training session is perfect for you. Our Gravity Sketch certified trainers, Priten and Rob will be taking you right the way through the software from basic sketch design, to complex SubD modelling and model presentation, one step at a time through this 10 hour, hands on learning experience.

  • Date and times: TBC

    Location: Dryden Enterprise Centre, Nottingham, NG1 4FQ.

    Price: £750

    Please note that this session runs across two days.

Bespoke

A bespoke syllabus’ can be developed and customised entirely for your needs, whether that’s workflow implementation or providing an in-depth look into a specific area e.g. footwear or automotive design. These sessions can also be held at your location.
